With Dr. Andrew Sherrill leading the Emory team and working with Rosa Arriaga at GA Tech, the project focuses on effective integration of Worker-AI Teams in mental health workplace. Specifically, designing, developing, and deploying an AI Teammate for mental health workers that can provide feedback to support learning as well as receive feedback from human teammates to rectify and update model outcomes. We aim to identify competencies needed by the future mental health worker and the design features of the AI Teammate that will facilitate Worker-AI Teaming across diverse work settings and skill levels.
